PS: All the caps lock was intended to highlight the problem. i got no software as good as Cubase, and i can’t use it now. plz help, i have multiple projects to work on. AND IT’S BECAUSE OF THE INSTALLATION HELPER WHICH MINE KEPT REPEATEDLY SAYING FAIL. I’m having a headache because lots of people have the same problem and only a few of them solved it. I’ve tried the eL Installation helper again and it says fail as well. Along the way i’ve encountered SYNOPOS.dll file missing, no such interface error, lc22 error, and multiple other stuff until i lost count. I’ve run as administrator, deactivate and reactivate my antivirus, deleted all the hidden files. USED THE ELICENSER INSTALLATION HELPER AND STILL DID NOT WORK (it says installation failed). MY SOFT E LICENSER IS GONE, and i’ve uninstall/reinstall an old/latest version of eLicenser control center, deleted all the files each time i install eLCC. Usually, the Soft-eLicenser gets created by the product installer that wants you to store licenses within the Soft-eLicenser, but you can always create the Soft-eLicenser yourself simply follow the instructions in this knowledge base article: To create a Soft-eLicenser, it says I have to contact to the seller of the product so I get the instructions to create one This will provide you with a new 32 character activation code(s) for any license(s) you need to reactivate. Once the new Soft e-Licenser and old activation code fields are complete select Reactivate. If you registered the previous license it will auto fill your previous registered activation code in the old activation code field. Select “Registration” from the top menu, choose the 20-digit Soft-eLicenser number and click on “Copy Serial Number”. To copy a Soft-eLicenser number, open the eLicenser Control Center (eLCC) which can be found in the “Program Files” (Windows) or “Applications” (Mac) folder. You will be asked to enter your new Soft-eLicenser number. Next, look under My Products, and select a license you wish to reactivate by clicking on the down arrow on the right to see further Details and select the option Software Reactivation. Next time you start the eLicenser Control Center the newly created Soft-eLicenser should be displayed. *Running the eLC Helper will delete an existing Soft-eLicenser and any contained licenses it holds.

I find it helpful to run the eLicense Helper: You need to create an new Soft-eLicenser in order to reactivate any license you had on a previous Soft-eLicenser before your computer crashed.
